TLocaleOptions enumeration
What locale to use in string operations.

TLocaleOptions = (loInvariantLocale,loUserLocale)Description
TLocaleOptions is used to indicate what locale should be used for some string operations such as
UpperCase,
LowerCase,
CompareText,
SameText. The following values are possible:
- loInvariantLocale
-
Use system locale.
- loUserLocale
-
Use user locale.
For consistent behaviour independent of the user or service applications use loInvariantLocale.
