Open an executable file.

True if the file was opened successfully,
false otherwise.Description
OpenExeFile opens the executable file
fn and
initializes the structure
e for subsequent calls to routines in
the
exeinfo unit.
The function returns True if the file was opened successfully,
false otherwise.
