UnionRect function
Return the union of 2 rectangles.
Declaration
function UnionRect(var Rect: TRect; const R1: TRect; const R2: TRect)

UnionRect returns the rectangle that encompasses both
R1 and
R2 in
Rect. It returns
True if the resulting rectangle is not empty,
False if
the result is an empty rectangle (in which case the result is filled with
