IStream = class(ISequentialStream)

An abstract interface for an external (non pascal) stream, as defined in Microsoft COM interfaces

`Seek`		Set the stream position.
`SetSize`		Set the stream size.
`CopyTo`		Copy data from one stream to another.
`Commit`		Commit data to the stream.
`Revert`		Revert changes.
`LockRegion`		Lock a region of bytes in the stream.
`UnlockRegion`		Unlocks a previously locked region of bytes in the stream.
`Stat`		return information about the stream.
`Clone`		Clone the stream instance.
