TDragState enumeration

Values representing state changes for a drag operation.

TDragState = (dsDragEnter,dsDragLeave,dsDragMove)

These values are sent in drag messages. They allow a control to perform special actions when the mouse is moved into, within, or out of a control.

`dsDragEnter`	The Mouse has entered a control.
`dsDragLeave`	The Mouse has exited a control.
`dsDragMove`	The Mouse position has changed in the client area for the a control.
