TUnicodeStringManager record
Unicode string manager.
Declaration
TUnicodeStringManager = recordDescription
TUnicodeStringManager is currently the same as the
TWideStringManager manager record. It performs the same functions:
converting Unicode strings to ansistrings and vice-versa,
performing uppercase to lowercase transformations and comparing strings.
