TEntryInformationOS represents executable entry information for the current OS. This structure is OS dependent.

`argc`	public	Number of command-line arguments.
`argv`	public	Pointer to Array of command-line arguments.
`envp`	public	Pointer to array of environment variables.
`stkptr`	public	Initial stack pointer.
`stklen`	public	Stack length.
`haltproc`	public	Procedure to call to exit program.
