FileNameCasePreserving constant
OS preserves case in filenames when creating or renaming entries.
Declaration
FileNameCasePreserving: Boolean = TrueDescription
FileNameCasePreserving is
True if case of letters
in file and directory entries is preserved and may be later retrieved
exactly as supplied when creating or renaming these entries. Note that this
may depend on the file system: Unix operating systems that access a DOS or
Windows partition will have this constant set to true, but when writing to
the DOS partition, all letters may be automatically converted to uppercase.
This constant is part of a set of constants that describe the OS characteristics. These constants should be used instead of hardcoding OS characteristics.
