Check whether a string contains a certain substring, ignoring case.

ASubText | The substring to search for. |

True
if the substring was found,
False otherwise.Description
AnsiContainsString
checks whether
AText contains
ASubText, and returns
True
if this is the case, or returns
False otherwise.
