Convert Unix epoch time to a TDateTime value.

Arguments

`AValue`	Date to convert.
`aReturnUTC`

Function result

AValue as a TDateTime value.

Description

UnixToDateTime converts epoch time (seconds elapsed since 1/1/1970) to a TDateTime value.
