TThreadExecuteStatusHandler is the signature of the method to be used
when executing something in a thread using
ExecuteInThread
when status reporting is required.
On entry in the method, ReportStatus is passed to the method, and the
method can call ReportStatus at various stages to report about
the status of the method: The status will be reported to the main thread
using synchronize, and calls ReportStatus
will be blocked as long as the status was not reported.
