TThreadExecuteStatusCallBack is the signature of a procedure to be used
when executing something in a thread using
ExecuteInThread
when status reporting is required.
On entry in the method, AData is the AData parameter passed to ExecuteInThread.
ReportStatus is passed to the method, and the threaded procedure can call ReportStatus
at various stages to report about the status of the method: The status will be reported to the main thread
using synchronize, so calls to ReportStatus will be blocked as long as the
status was not reported.
