TThread.TSystemTimes is used in GetSystemTimes to report processor usage. The fields are in microseconds.

`UserTime`	public	User code execution time.
`KernelTime`	public	Kernel (OS) code execution time.
`NiceTime`	public	Nice (reduced priority) code execution time.
