TThread.CheckTerminated function
Check if the current thread has finished executing.

TThread.CheckTerminated can be used to check if the current
thread has finished executing (i.e.
Execute has finished.
This can be called from methods in other classes where the current thread instance is not available.Errors
If the thread was not created by the FPC program, an EThreadExternalException exception is raised.
