TStrings.Put procedure

procedure Put(Index: Integer; const S: string); virtual

Description

Put is the write handler for the Strings property. It does this by saving the object associated to the Index-th string, deleting the Index-th string, and inserting S and the saved object at position Index with InsertObject

Descendant classes may wish to override Put to implement a more efficient method.
