A record used to describe a bitmap or pixmap to the rasterizer.

`Rows`		Number of rows for the bitmap.
`Cols`		Numer of columns (bytes) per Row.
`Width`		Number of pixels per Row.
`Flow`		Flow direction for the bitmap / pixmap.
`Buffer`		Data for the bitmap / pixmap.
`Size`		Size in bytes for the Data in the bitmap / pixmap.
