Load_TrueType_Glyph function

Description

The instance and glyph objects faces must match. The load_flags indicate what kind of values should be written to the glyph object (metrics, outline in EM coordinates, grid-fitted outline).

By default (i.e. with load_flags = 0), this function only returns the unscaled glyph metrics and points in EM units.

Use the flags to query scaling and hinting ops.
