Event type for handling HTTP redirects

`Sender`	The HTTP client object that triggered the event
`ASrc`	The original URL that caused the redirect
`ADest`	The destination URL for the redirect (can be modified)

Event type called when an HTTP redirect is encountered. The event handler can modify the destination URL or prevent the redirect.
