Arguments

`Name`	Select field name
`Value`	Initially selected option value
`Items`	String list containing option values
`UseValues`	`True` to parse name=value pairs from items

Description

Emits an HTML SELECT tag with OPTION elements from the provided string list. This is an overloaded method that can use name=value pairs when UseValues is True.
