Write a DWord value, big endian.

Arguments

`dw`	DWord value to write.

Description

WriteDWordBE writes a DWord-sized value to the stream, big-endian (MSB first).

Errors

If not all data (4 bytes) can be written, an EWriteError exception is raised.
