TFileReader.IsEof function

Function result

True if the file is closed or the end of the file was reached.

Description

IsEOF is True if the end of the file is reached, or after Close was called. Do not use IsEof, instead use the EOF property.

This is the TFileReader-specific implementation of the abstract IsEOF method.
