Callback type for the TBaseSingleInstance.OnServerReceivedParams event.

`Sender`	The `TBaseSingleInstance` which fired the event.
`Params`	The client-provided parameters received by `TBaseSingleInstance`.

This callback type is the signature of the OnServerReceivedParams event in case the server receives parameters from a newly started client.
