Performs actions needed to close the dataset.

InternalClose is an overridden procedure used to perform actions needed when closing the dataset. InternalClose implements the abstract method defined in the ancestor class. InternalClose ensures that resources allocated for buffers in the dataset (including update buffers, and blob buffers) are freed.

Buffers allocated as spare records in indexes are also released. Resources allocated to index storage mechanisms in BufIndexes are freed, and any indexes defined as temporal are discarded.

InternalClose also frees the internal parser used to read the content for the buffered dataset (when it has been assigned).

InternalClose is used in the implementation of the InternalRefresh and CloseCursor methods.
