FormatMaskInput function
Return an input mask text based on the edit mask.

EditMask | The edit mask for which the input text must be constructed. |
Function result
The empty input text.
Description
FormatMaskInput returns a text which corresponds to an empty value for
EditMask.
This can e.g. be displayed in an edit box, when the user has not yet typed anything.See also
