TTarPermission denotes part of a files permission as it stored in the .tar
archive. Each of these enumerated constants correspond with one of the permission bits
from a UNIX file permission.See also

tpWriteByOwner | Owner can write the file. |
tpExecuteByOwner | Owner can execute the file. |
tpReadByGroup | Group can read the file. |
