Writes an integer value to the JSON ini file

Arguments

`Section`	The section name to write to
`Ident`	The key name to write
`Value`	The integer value to write

Description

WriteInteger writes an integer value to the specified section and key. The value is stored as a JSON number in the underlying JSON object. If the section does not exist, it is created automatically.
