Writes a boolean value to the JSON ini file

Arguments

`Section`	The section name to write to
`Ident`	The key name to write
`Value`	The boolean value to write

Description

WriteBool writes a boolean value to the specified section and key. The value is stored as a JSON boolean ( True or False) in the underlying JSON object. If the section does not exist, it is created automatically.
