Add a new value to the hash.

Description
Add adds the value
Value with name
AKey to
the list. The behaviour of
Add depends on
AddReplacesExisting. If if it is
False, then the existing value is left unchanged, and an
exception is raised. If
AddReplacesExisting is
True
then an existing value is replaced.Errors
An exception will be raised if the value already exists and
AddReplacesExisting is
False
