Decodes HTTP URL-encoded strings.

Arguments

AStr

The URL-encoded string to decode.

Function result

The decoded string.

Description

Decodes percent-encoded characters (%XX) and optionally converts plus signs to spaces. The overloaded version without aPlusAsSpaces defaults to treating plus signs as spaces.
