Initializes the session from HTTP request

Arguments

`ARequest`	HTTP request to initialize session from
`OnNewSession`	Event handler called when new session is created
`OnExpired`	Event handler called when session expires

Description

InitSession initializes the session using data from the HTTP request. It reads session cookies and triggers the new session event handler if needed.
