TParamType indicates the kind of parameter represented by a
TParam instance.
it has one of the following values:
- ptUnknown

Unknown type.
- ptInput

Input parameter.
- ptOutput

Output parameter, filled on result.
- ptInputOutput

Input/output parameter.
- ptResult

Result parameter.
