BOM property. It can have the following values
- bomNone

No BOM marker was read.
- bomUTF8

The UTF8 BOM marker was read.
- bomUTF16LE

The UTF16 little-endian BOM Marker was read.
- bomUTF16BE

The UTF16 big-endian BOM Marker was read.
