TCSVDocument.SaveToFile procedure
Save to file on disk.

Description
SaveToFile creates a file stream from
aFileName and
calls
SaveToStream to actually write the CSV data to the file.Errors
If the file cannot be created or cannot be written to, an exception will be raised.
