TCustomBufDataset.Refreshing property

Description

Refreshing is a read-only Boolean property that indicates if the Refresh method has been called but has not completed. The value in Refreshing is updated in the InternalRefresh method, and contains True while the method is active. It is reset to False when the method has finished refreshing records in the dataset. Refreshing is used primarily to ensure that all record data has been read prior to creating indexes for the dataset.
