Arguments

Buffer

Record buffer with values to locate in the dataset.

Description

InternalSetToRecord is an overridden procedure used to move the dataset to the record buffer specified in Buffer. InternalSetToRecord implements the method defined in the ancestor class.

Buffer is a TRecordBuffer instance which contains the data and the bookmark for the desired record. The Bookmark is retrieved from Buffer and used to navigate the dataset to the record in the current index using its GotoBookmark method.

InternalSetToRecord is used in the implementation of the SetCurrentRecord and InternalDelete methods.
