Description
InternalInitRecord is an overridden procedure used to perform actions needed to initialize the record buffer specified in Buffer. InternalInitRecord implements the method defined in the ancestor class.
InternalInitRecord calls FillChar to store the byte value #0 to the number of bytes indicated in RecordSize. FillChar is also called to store the byte value #255 to the number of bytes indicated in NullMaskSize.
InternalInitRecord is called from the InitRecord method.
