Triggers an event when the dataset or its data is modified.

Description
DataEvent is an overridden procedure used to trigger an event when the dataset or its data is modified. DataEvent provides support for filtering out temporary state change notifications when Event contains the value deUpdateState. DataEvent calls the inherited DataEvent method for dataset state change, dataset scrolling, field change, and layout change notifications.
