`Offset`	Offset from origin.
`Origin`	Origin for seek operation.

Function result

New position in the stream.

Description

Read will raise an EBlowFishError exception: TBlowFishEncryptStream is a write-only stream, and cannot be positioned.

Errors

Calling this function always results in an EBlowFishError exception.
