aDeletePendingRequests

Delete pending requests on shutdown if True

Function result

True if server stopped successfully

Description

The StopServer function deactivates the IPC server, making it unavailable for client connections. Returns True if the server was successfully stopped. Optionally deletes any remaining pending requests.
