This header describes the data structure present at the beginning of an external resource file.

`magic`		String identifying the file format
`version`		File format version
`endianess`		Byte order of the file
`count`		Number of resources in the file
`nodesize`		Size of header up to string table, excluded
`hdrsize`		Size of header up to string table, included
`reserved1`		Unused as of version 1
`reserved2`		Unused as of version 1
`reserved3`		Unused as of version 1
